Whipped Cream Recipe
This isn't really difficult, but I though I'd put it up here in case anybody needs it.
Ingredients:
- 8 Ounces Heavy Cream
- 1 T Superfine Sugar
- 1/3 t Vanilla Extract
Directions
- Chill mixing bowl and beater in freezer for 20 minutes
- Add cream to bowl and whip on low until bubbles appear. Gradually increase speed to high
- When cream starts to thicken, add sugar and vanilla
- Beat until soft peaks form
- Serve!
Makes about 2 Cups
