Emeril Lagasse's Rustic Rub Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 4 Tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 3 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1 1/4 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 1/4 Tablespoon Dried Thyme

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients and store in an air-tight container.
